Faris Lee Investments


OBJECTIVES: Commercial real estate broker Faris Lee Investments required an upscale exhibit where clients and representatives could easily find one another. The new exhibit had to provide plenty of wall space for graphics as well as ample storage capacity.

SOLUTIONS: In order to allow for a clear line of sight into the conference rooms, see-through wall panels were constructed using acrylic and aluminum tubing. Twenty plus hard-wall panels provided more than five hundred square feet of usable space for graphics. A corner tower established the booth’s perimeter and supported a forty-two inch plasma television. Three cabinets provided additional storage and counter space.

RESULTS: Faris Lee Investments, listed as the second fastest growing publicly traded commercial real estate broker by the Orange County Business Journal, informed MDS Exhibits that its exhibits program has been highly successful.
